- Cleaning of the surface to be insulated.
- Application of 42swg aluminium foil over the SS piping and Equipment.
- Application of LRB mattresses having density of Specified with 3/4″ x 24 Swg G.I. Wire mesh with specified thickness.
- Stitching the joints with 22/24/26 Swg G.I Wire
- Application of 3/5/7ml fibre glass cloth with salicoat as a vapor barrier.
- Application of Puff Pipe section/Slab having density/Thickness with specified.
- Using Cold bitumen as an adhesive.
- Stitching the joints with 22/24/26 Swg G.I Wire.
- Sealing the joints with salicoat.
- Application of 70-micron black plastic/5ml Fiber glass cloth wrapped as a vapour barrier.
- Application of Alu/SS/GI Cladding with 50mm overlap at all joints with proper grooving.
- Application Of 13/8 and 19/8 G.I/SS Self Tapping Screws at 150 to 200mm distance.
